Sundial: SINE SOLE SILEO

I was researching a sundial in Jarocin, Poland when I found this sundial on the Radolinski Palace there. It reads "sine sole sileo," "without the sun, I am silent." You can see the signs of the zodiac there arranged in a circle. It was created by Richard Munzky in 1910.
