Clock: TEMPUS VALET VOLAT VELAT

This clock is on the steeple of the Church of Saint Martin in Resiutta, Italy. The motto reads TEMPUS VALET VOLAT VELAT, "Time is Strong - It Flies - It Veils." I wish I could capture the great word-play of the Latin in English.
