Myths and Legends: Odysseus and Diomedes

In Book X of Homer's Iliad, the Greek heroes Odysseus and Diomedes raid the camp of King Rhesus of Thrace, stealing his famous horses and slaying the king. The event is also the subject of play by Euripides: Rhesus.
